Sunglass Hut Launch Party

Yesterday saw the launch party of the new Oxford Street flagship store of the Sunglass Hut. Some celebreties were there like Pixie Geldoff etc and all these X factor contestants who I dont know and care about, but the real stars were the sunglasses (ha, I always wanted to write something cheesy and flat like that.)
Sophie Ellis Bextor was djing and looking really cute (like a 12 year old as I told her and surprisingly she didnt seem to be flattered by that).
Didnt get a goody bag with sunglasses, only the important people did. Shame on you Sunglass Hut. Otherwise good party with loads of drinks.

What Else Magazine out now

Finally What Else Magazine is available to download onto your iPhone (or on your iPad for the lucky few who have one already). I am responsible for the menswear content in that magazine (to be seen in issue 2 which will be out late summer).
Anyway, it is a fantastic opportunity to see great imagery, fashion, editorials and arts. And it is for free. So best to go straight to iTunes store and download it.

Next Week

Sorry for not posting anything for ages now. I have been busy doing nothing really. At the moment I am working on an editorial which we are planning to shoot next week for What Else Magazine. Here are some of my inspirations and references for the shoot. I won't say too much but it will be very exciting as we are shooting outside. So we need good luck with the weather (and permission for the locations).

Seventh Man Launch Party

@ Whisky Mist. Finally the long awaited menswear magazine 7th Man is out and therefore they threw a big bash at Whisky Mist in Mayfair. A good night out thanks to fun fashion folk, stuffed goody bags and loads of Vodka. The magazine is great as well. Go and get it!

Electric Youth Shoot pt 1

What a weird day that was yesterday. It all looked like to be an amazing shoot for one of my fav mags out there, Electric Youth magazine, we had booked a great model that me and Joljin wanted to shoot for ages now and finally we got him confirmed. Not dropping any names here though. And then he came and was weird right from the start and apparently he hated us or the concept or he just is a big dickhead but he left saying he doesn't want to be a model anymore and never wants to be seen in magazines again. Okay then. And his mum wated him to be home immediately as well.
However Rob Moore from Select jumped in and with a 3 hour delay we finally started to shoot. And then it was all great. And so much fun. Perfect for EY! ... as you can see below
