Almost 4 years ago and oh I remember it so well. It was after my first year in London and I spent my summer in Germany and a friend got me this issue because I was craving desperately any connection to fashion life in London, uncertain if I was gonna be accepted at University and hence be able to go back to London. Alas 2 months later I went back to London and had the best time of my life and funny side note, was at some store opening a few years later with my dear friend Alex and those two gracing the cover (Daisy Lowe and her then boyfriend) were DJing and I thought: if anyone had told me in summer 2007 when I was lying on that lake in Germany reading the magazine, that I'd be here now, I wouldn't have believed it. Full stop.
